Return of the Cameo

i LOVE cameos, especially the oversized ones that are popping up everywhere.  If money were no object, I would snatch up the cameo Lips Ring by Wilfredo Rosado and/or the Sexy Lady Cameo Pendant.  Wouldn't this look fabulous with old Levis and a white v-neck t-shirt?

I'll just have to settle for this cute Cherub Cameo Ring by Priveleged.

Black Friday

I braved the crowds yesterday with my oldest daughter to hopefully get some special deals.   I did get some Christmas shopping done.  I also picked up a couple of sweater coats for myself.  See my inspiration (Elin Kling).  LOVE!

Cozy Thanksgiving

Happy Thanksgiving to you all! I hope that you had a wonderful day with loved ones, as I did.

I am jonesing for cozy sweater vests.  The chilly Utah weather makes this fashion choice a perfect one.

Magnetic Polish

I picked up the new Nails Inc Magnetic Polish at Sephora in silver and purple   I had read about it in Vogue and was excited to find it.  A bit pricey at $16 each, but worth it.  This will be a great stocking stuffer!

Snakeskin

My teenage daughter rolls her eyes at my fashion choices and I usually respond with, "Don't hate, congratulate." Same response from my dear daughter when I brought home my snakeskin print hi-tops.  She and my husband thought they looked a little too young.  That's never stopped me before.  I paired them with skinny jeans and a tan grandpa cardigan.

When scrolling through one of my favorite fashion blogs, I came across the following photograph.  Will definitely need to pair them with emerald green!

The Push

My husband pushed me to start this blog.  He told me that I was wasting my talent.  No one likes to do that so I spent all night thinking about what I would share on my blog.  You see, the only thing that has stopped me is that I haven't wanted to divulge too much about myself.  I HATE reading blogs about people's personal lives.  I find it embarassing and I don't like the uncomfortable feeling I get when reading them.  So, I will attempt to share with you about my obsession - fashion.  Hopefully you will enjoy...

I have finally gotten my fashion mojo back after back-to-back pregnancies.  I am within a few pounds of my pre-pregnancy weight and am enjoying my clothes again.  Shopping has become fun again, a little too much fun I think!
